Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, every purchase includes a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
